Fox BST 410 Double Single Trigger, Vent Rib with Ejectors Rarely Found

This gun has all the features and is in very nice original condition as well. These are increasingly hard to find with all: Vent Rib, Single Trigger and Ejectors. This has the full semi beavertail forend and handsome walnut stock set. It is exceptionally tight and other than several scuff marks on butt stock (not scratched and not gouged) is in 90% condition or better. These are growing in value and are nearly as nice as as the Iver Johnson Skeeter which now often bring as much as $4,000.00, these are approx 1/4 of that or perhaps a bit more. All blued surfaces are not far from perfect as is the bore and it is clear that it has been fired very little. We have listed this on our auction site but are able to sell it directly until the reserve has been met. Serious persons are encouraged to call or email us with interest. We are always interested in fair minded trades.

Sorry this fine gun has been sold.

Marlin 336 SD Zipper – One of 10 Made!

Exceptionally rare Marlin SD (Sporting Deluxe Carbine) Factory chambered in 219 Zipper. Only 10 of these were produced in this the factory deluxe checkered stock  iteration in 219 Zipper. Many will question the authenticity but this is exactly correct and the stock is serialized (in 2 places) to the gun.  It has not been priced yet however we will consider fair minded offers and serious buyers (Marlin Collectors) are invited to call or email. When we do put this on our auction site the reserve will most likely be about 5k. So few have ever been sold or auctioned it is difficult to establish a fair value.

This gun is in excellent condition for its age, well cared for and not used much in the almost 60 plus years since it was produced just miles from where we are located in Ct. There are two very slight cracks in butt stock that have been prof. repaired previous to it coming to us (not visible and never broken), orig sling swivel stud was removed and Marlin Bullseye missing; these are being replaced at this time.

Sorry this very unique firearm has been sold subject to receipt of funds and delivery

Winchester Model 100 .308 1961 First Year production - $699

Note 1961 (ser range approx 20,000) first year production for one of the finest woods deer rifles ever made. This one is in exceptional condition: all metal approx 98% (except for outside of clip which has some crud on it) and handsome dark walnut stock which has only a handful of scuff marks but no dings no gouges no damage to checkering. 100 % original in every respect. These were made in one configuration or another from 1961 to 1975 approx. Note: Scope shown is INCLUDED. Young shooters and collectors and hunters may not know much about these excellent Rochester New York made Bausch & Lomb scope with external adjustments in the base and tapered CH. I can bring any serious bidders up to speed on the scope and interesting mounts (there were two types) This gun is in pretty much exceptional condition except for the several light marks on the wood as described

$699 including scope if sold directly by us and not from our on line auction site (gunbroker.com).

Walther PP Super Pistol - $1395

Not far from new condition with only light handling marks on edges and possibly unfired. This is a consignment gun part of a large collection. A number were represented to be NIB however the seller (widow) of the owner was silent on this but there is little or no evidence of use. Condition is a min. of 93%. it comes with its correct box and owners manual and 2 extra Walther clips. Please read the following carefully: this is NOT 9x18 Makorov but 9x18 Ultra made for the W. German Police in the early 1970's.

The following is a quote from the Firearms Encyclopedia: The Walther PP Super pistol came into existence circa 1972, as a proposed service handgun for West German police. At that period, German police looked for a new standard handgun and ammunition, to replace obsolete and underpowered pistols then in service. During the early 1970s there was much debate about a new service cartridge, and two major contenders were the already famous 9x19mm Luger/Parabellum, and the relatively new 9×18 Police cartridge. The 9×18 Police cartridge has been based on pre-WW2 9x18mm Ultra ammunition, developed in Germany by the Geco and Walther on request from Luftwaffe (German Air Forces). The 9×18 cartridge offered about a maximum power which could be used in relatively compact and lightweight blowback pistols. This, in turn, allowed these pistols to be simpler and less expensive than locked-breech 9x19mm pistols. Recognizing these advantages of 9×18 ammunition, the Walther company developed a police pistol, roughly based on the famous Walther PP pistol, and called it PP Super. However, by mid-1970s German law enforcement authorities selected the more powerful 9x19mm ammunition as a standard, and by the end of 1970s the 9×18 Police ammo went out of favor; Only about 2 000 of 9×18 PP Super pistols were purchased by Bavarian Police during 1970s. Some of PP Super pistols were also made in 9×17 short caliber, but the future of the police handguns was in 9mm Luger, and the Walther company dropped the PP Super from manufacture circa 1979, focusing on 9x19mm pistols like P5 and P38 / P1 / P4. The Walther PP Super is an all-steel, blowback operated, double action pistol. Unlike its predecessor, the Walther PP, the PP Super featured an external slide stop lever, and a manual decocker on the left side of the slide, which, when pushed down, locked the firing pin and released the hammer, and then automatically returned to the 'fire' position. There was no manual safety, but the PP Super has a firing pin safety, and was intended to be carried with the loaded chamber and hammer down, ready to be fired in double action mode. The magazine catch is located on the side of the grip, next to triggerguard. A word of caution to the owners of Walther PP Super pistol. The scarce 9x18mm Police/Ultra ammunition is NOT compatible with Soviet 9×18 Makarov PM ammunition. Attempts to fire 9×18 Makarov ammunition from PP Super pistol are very dangerous due to the larger diameter of 9mm Makarov bullet.
